The USC-03 is Ultrasonic Cleaner designed for the cleaning of optical fiber using the FH-40, 50, 60 and 100 series of Fujikura Fiber Holder. Timer switch and Cleaning Power Volume enable to edit cleaning program. By using this equipment the fiber can be cleaned after stripping without any physical contact.

The CT-101 is designed for cleaving silica fiber with 80 to 250mm cladding diameter, specially for its angle cleaving capability.

SS03 have three holes. The smallest hole is for stripping 250 um cable down to glass fiber. The second hole is for stripping 900 um buffer coating down to 250 um buffer coating. The biggest hole is for stripping 2-3mm fiber jacket down to 900 um buffer coating.

The CT52 is designed for cleaving silica fiber with 125μm cladding diameter, specially for its short length cleaving capability. Minimum 3mm cleave is possible by up to 900μm fiber coating, while the coating to be clamped.

The PowerCleave™ utilizes the tensile stress method to avoid touching or damaging the bare glass surface during cleaving, ensuring highly robust, reliable and durable splice results. The PowerCleave provides consistent flat ends even at cleave lengths as short as 3 mm. Specially designed for use with Fujikura’s specialty market splicers, this advanced cleaving system allows for more reliability and greater splicing consistency with less dependence on operator technique.

The FP-04T/05 provide these same performance levels for 8/12 fiber ribbon respectively. . The FPS04 and FPS08 series are specially designed for optical components, where small packaging is a priority. These micro sleeves provide the known reliability of Fujikura sleeves in the smallest possible lengths. This easy and cost effective method is a great alternative to recoating. The FPS01 and FPS04 series offer a wide range of options to accommodate various coating sizes, and are manufactured in a variety of lengths. This gives great flexibility in designing optical modules.

FSR-05 is a model which has recoating only without a proof tester. This model is appropriate for manufactures that don’t require constant proof testing after each recoat.

FSR-06 is a model which has a recoater and proof tester with a linear clamping system. This model is appropriate for devices which conformation of reliability is required.

The FSR-07 has a recoater and mandrel proof testing.This model is appropriate not only for recoating but also reliability proof testing as well as tension testing to failure.

Fiber holder FH-100 series are for Fujikura fusion splicer FSM-100 resies, FSM-40F/PM and FSM-45 series. The FH-100 series are supplied with a pair.

The Fiber holder FH-40-LT900 is exclusively designed for holding loose tube buffered fiber by Fujikura's fusion splicer,FSM-100 series, FSM-45 series, FSM-40F and FSM-40PM. The FH-40-LT900 holds the loose tube bufferd fiber by tightening a screw in the lid. The FH-40-LT900 is supplied with a pair.
